Discovery Phase

Our journey together begins with a personalized Discovery Call. In this complimentary 20–30 minute conversation, we’ll explore your style preferences, functional requirements, and design goals. This call is all about understanding your vision, so we can tailor our approach to meet your unique needs.

As part of the Discovery phase, we offer a Style Quiz to help define your aesthetic preferences. Whether your taste leans toward cozy cottage or modern minimalism, this quiz clarifies your style, setting the stage for a cohesive design.

We conduct an On-Site Consultation to evaluate your space, taking measurements and noting architectural features that influence the design. This step allows us to gather everything we need to transform your vision into reality.

Design Phase

During the Design Phase, we transform your ideas into a tangible concept that aligns with your vision and lifestyle. This phase includes:

Consultation and Site Analysis: We review all details of your project, analyzing the space to understand its characteristics, such as lighting and circulation, to create a harmonious design.
Concept Development: Using mood boards, sketches, and inspiration images, we develop a cohesive design direction that reflects your style and functional needs.
Space Planning and Preliminary Drawings: We optimize the layout to enhance flow and usability, with preliminary floor plans and renderings that visualize how each element comes together.
Material and Finish Selection: We present carefully chosen materials and finishes that embody the ambiance we aim to create, allowing you to see and feel the design vision.
Proposal & Estimate: We provide a transparent breakdown of design fees, materials, and a detailed timeline, ensuring you have a complete understanding of project costs before we move forward.

Our Client Review and Finalization stage allows you to provide feedback, ensuring every aspect aligns with your expectations before we proceed to the final phase.

Delivery Phase

The final phase is where we bring the design to life through Procurement, Installation, and Completion. Acting as your project manager, we streamline communication and oversee every detail, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

Procurement: We handle sourcing all materials and finishes, coordinating with trusted vendors and contractors. Our team ensures each item is quality-checked and delivered on schedule, so every detail aligns with the design plan.
Installation: We manage both construction and design installation, overseeing contractors and ensuring that every element—from furniture to décor—is precisely arranged to reflect the vision.
Completion: In the final step, we conduct a walkthrough to review the finished space with you, addressing any final adjustments. We add finishing touches, provide project documentation, and offer post-completion support, giving you a beautifully completed space ready for you to enjoy.
