Located in the heart of Arlington’s Entertainment District, just moments from AT&T Stadium, Victory Terraces redefines the luxury short-term rental experience. This collection of six four-story townhomes combines sophisticated interiors, premium furnishings, and exceptional entertainment amenities to create an unforgettable destination for travelers.
In collaboration with the developers, EDENbyDESIGN transformed these newly constructed residences into fully furnished, meticulously styled, and guest-ready luxury accommodations. From initial furniture selections and procurement to warehousing, logistics, installation, and final staging, our team managed every detail of an ambitious project that would ultimately earn recognition as part of Airbnb Luxe, the platform’s exclusive collection of exceptional luxury properties.
Victory Terraces represents one of EDENbyDESIGN’s most ambitious hospitality projects to date. Developed by Black Arc Development, the property features six expansive, four-story townhomes, each offering four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, multiple entertainment spaces, and private rooftop terraces overlooking Arlington’s vibrant Entertainment District.
The challenge was as exciting as it was demanding: furnish, decorate, equip, and prepare all six residences to deliver a cohesive luxury hospitality experience, while meeting an exceptionally aggressive installation schedule.
Our team was entrusted with the complete furnishing and décor package, including product sourcing, purchasing, procurement coordination, receiving, inventory management, transportation, installation, and final styling. With more than 4,000 individual items moving through our warehouse, the project required extraordinary organization, careful planning, and seamless coordination between our team, vendors, logistics partners, and the client.
The result was a remarkable achievement: all six residences completely installed, furnished, stocked, staged, and ready to welcome guests in just seven days.
The Vision
The vision for Victory Terraces extended beyond creating beautiful interiors. The developers sought to establish a distinctive luxury hospitality destination that would stand apart from traditional hotels and short-term rentals in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
Every residence needed to offer the sophistication of a luxury retreat while maintaining the warmth, functionality, and comfort of a private home. The design called for contemporary furnishings, inviting gathering spaces, thoughtfully curated artwork, and memorable entertainment experiences that would appeal to families, corporate travelers, sports enthusiasts, and larger groups.
With each townhome accommodating up to ten guests, the six residences collectively offer accommodations for up to 60 guests. The interiors needed to maintain a consistent, elevated design language while delivering exceptional comfort and functionality across 24 bedrooms, multiple living spaces, game rooms, kitchens, and rooftop terraces.
Our goal was to create an environment where every detail contributed to the guest experience, from the first impression upon entering to the smallest finishing touches throughout each home.
The Design Process
Executing a project of this magnitude required a comprehensive approach that combined thoughtful interior design with meticulous procurement and logistical planning.
EDENbyDESIGN curated and sourced the furnishings, artwork, lighting accents, rugs, bedding, decorative accessories, and hospitality essentials necessary to transform six newly constructed townhomes into complete luxury accommodations.
The interiors balance contemporary sophistication with warmth and comfort. Carefully selected furnishings establish inviting living areas, while layered textures, coordinated finishes, and curated décor create a cohesive visual identity throughout the development. Locally inspired artwork celebrates Arlington’s character and connects the guest experience to the surrounding destination.
Special attention was given to the property’s entertainment spaces, including game rooms featuring poker tables and arcade games, as well as rooftop terraces designed for gathering and relaxation. Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable, elevated retreat, while the kitchens and living spaces were equipped to support both short visits and extended stays.
Behind the scenes, our warehouse became the operational center of the project. More than 4,000 items were received, organized, tracked, and staged for delivery, allowing our team to coordinate the movement of furnishings and materials to the property with precision.
Once installation began, our team executed a carefully coordinated seven-day transformation. Furniture was delivered and assembled, artwork installed, beds dressed, kitchens stocked, accessories styled, and every residence prepared for its first guests.
The success of this installation was made possible through extensive preparation, a dedicated team, and close collaboration with our clients, whose shared commitment to quality and execution helped bring this ambitious vision to life.
