A Deadline Set by the World Cup
Victory Terraces sits just moments from AT&T Stadium. To meet our client’s timeline for the World Cup games in Dallas, EDENbyDESIGN took the project from design to implementation in less than five weeks.
Installation was expedited to just one week to meet the goals of our clients at Black Arc Development. Furniture was delivered and assembled, artwork installed, beds dressed, kitchens stocked, accessories styled, and every residence prepared for its first guests.
Six Townhomes, One Cohesive Guest Experience
Each four-story townhome offers four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, multiple entertainment spaces, and a private rooftop terrace overlooking Arlington’s Entertainment District. Together, the six residences welcome up to 60 guests across 24 bedrooms.
We curated and sourced the furnishings, artwork, lighting accents, rugs, bedding, and hospitality essentials, and moved more than 4,000 items through our warehouse to bring it all together. Game rooms with poker tables and arcade games, plus furnished rooftop terraces, give families, corporate travelers, and sports fans every reason to gather.
Airbnb Luxe: Fewer Than 1% of Listings
Victory Terraces has been accepted into Airbnb Luxe, the platform’s luxury stay designation, held by fewer than 1% of listings. It is not a badge a property can simply apply for: Airbnb comes to the property to verify its quality standards in person.
Since opening to guests in July 2026, Victory Terraces has earned more than 80 five-star guest reviews, as reported by D Magazine. We are grateful to Black Arc Development for their trust and collaboration, and to our team for the extraordinary effort behind this installation.
