1. Procurement: Bringing Your Design and Construction Plans Together

For projects involving construction, our procurement phase includes sourcing all necessary materials and finishes while coordinating directly with contractors to ensure a unified design vision.

Order Planning, Material Sourcing, and Budget Review
Alongside your design elements, we procure construction materials, coordinating with vendors and contractors to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. We review every item against the project budget and timeline, maintaining transparency with you throughout.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination
We act as the primary liaison, managing relationships with vendors and contractors, from material suppliers to construction teams. By overseeing the coordination, we ensure that each phase aligns with the project’s design and schedule.
